Monica Hurtado Torres is the founder of Quetzalcoatl Academic Support Org. She holds  an Associates of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences along with a Bachelors in Sociology and Chicana(o) Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.

​

Monica has extensive experience working with students. The population she has most experience working with includes students attending Elementary School, Community College and Four Year Universities. Furthermore, she specializes in writing and various social sciences. 

​

She integrates the Indigenous Education Model within her work to best support students. Monica has been providing academic support to students for over 8 years now.
